Saji Bumi Sdn. Bhd established in Kuala Lumpur in August 1994 and it's first operation was in Johor.  Since then the operation has grown through out Malaysia and we have operation in Penang, Kuala Lumpur, KLIA and Miri.

Role of Saji Bumi in UIAM

 

1.     Assist to Manage, controlling and supervising the food and Beverage outlets.

Membantu dalam pengendalian, pengawalan dan penyeliaan operasi makanan

 

2.     Monitoring hygiene, food safety and quality standard of each operator on daily basis.

Memeriksa dan memperhatikan kebersihan, keselamatan makanan dan tahap kualiti setiap pengusaha makanan secara harian

 

3.     Ensuring the highest standard are maintained in food and beverage operations.

Memastikan Operasi makanan memelihara atau berada pada tahap / darjah yang tertinggi / terbaik.

 

4.     Ensuring the fulfillment by the operators of contractual requirements and obligations relating to hygiene, food safety and quality control.

Memastikan semua pengusaha mengikut peraturan yang telah ditetapkan didalam kontrak dan tanggungjawab terhadap kebersihan, keselamatan makanan dan mengawal kualiti.

 

5.     Generating and providing specific reports to the operation on hygiene, food safety and quality control, for action and follow up.

Menghasilkan laporan terhadap operasi makanan keatas kebersihan, keselamatan makanan dan pengawalan kualiti.

 

6.     Assisting UIA in introduction of new concepts for existing and prospective F & B outlet.

Membantu pihak Universiti memperkenalkan konsep baru bagi operasi yang bakal beroperasi mahupun yang sedia ada.

 

7.     Providing useful tips  and advice to UIA and F & B operators in marketing the entire food and beverage business the sales revenue and customer satisfaction.

Memberi nasihat dan tunjuk ajar kepada Univeristi dan Pengusaha Operasi Makanan dalam Pemasaran bagi menghasilkan lebih jualan dan kepusasan pelanggan.

 

8.     Providing technical & Oral training for the F & B Operators, to enhance their service quality.

Memberi latihan secara teknikal dan lisan untuk Pengurusan Permakanan bagi meningkatkan mutu perkhidmatan.
